OAKLAND VALLEY RACE PARK HOURS OF OPERATION

WEEKDAY PRACTICE:

The track is open most weekdays for kart and motorcycle testing, tuning, and practice. Gates open at 8AM, NO RACE MOTORS STARTED ON PREMISES BEFORE 10AM (Town ordinance!), track opens at 10AM. Practice days generally run from 10AM to dusk. Sessions will alternate between kart classes and motorcycles. Each session is approximately 15 minutes. Most weekdays are attended fairly lightly and plenty of track time is assured. The Hannen Motorsports Race Team is occasionally away from the track to attend out of town race events, so please call the shop: 845-754-8500, Tim: 860-318-1177, or Peter: 860-318-6682 when planning a trip to the track.

RACE WEEKENDS:

On race weekends the gates open at 8AM, NO RACE MOTORS STARTED ON PREMISES BEFORE 10AM, practice sessions begin at 10AM. For scheduled night races the track is available for open practice from 10AM until 3PM. PRACTICE FOR SCHEDULED NIGHT RACES BEGINS AT 3PM.

SERVICE AND RETAIL SHOPS:

The service and retail shops are generally open from 9AM until 5PM on weekdays, and 8AM until dusk on race weekends. Please call to be sure staff is in attendance.

THE RASCASSE CAFÉ

The Rascasse Café is open weekends only, from 8AM until late afternoon. The café is also available to accommodate private events.
